Hi Jens, Outlook uses VML markup to render background images.

Currently, this is not supported in BEE. We already use this markup in buttons, to create round corners. Including it for background images too cause display issues.

Thank you for your answer Guillermo, I have an aditional question.

Same questions that is seen in https://support.beefree.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360030601752-Template-Issue-exporting-over-to-Outlook-365-application-Version-

When doing a HTML-export it stretches the pictures when inserted into Outlook (2016).
Since I'm using the trial version I'm not allowed to make  a support ticket which was given as response in the link above.

Us getting an HTML-export with everything looking as in the BeeFree editior without additional editing of the HTML-export is a make or break issue.

Or this might just be a limitation to the trial account?

Hi Jens, the only limitation for the trial period is that you can't add additional users, the export action works as in the active account, and you can create a support ticket at any time by using this form: https://beefree.io/get-in-touch/

I think that the problem may be related to how Outlook manages imported HTML.

Are you using any of the approaches listed in this article to load the HTML?
