We are sorry to hear you had a problem in finding templates inside your account BEE Pro account. In order to find them, once you log into your account you must access (or create a project) and then you should create a new message. In this way, you'll be able to choose among our templates.
Please note that "Projects" are folders in which you can better organize your messages and find them with ease.
