Can't access my BEE Pro account

I need help

I tried to log in with the password I've never changed before. 

You can see here that I used the AutoComplete feature

After the multiple pressing the button "Log in" I finally recieved the error message:

Oh, no

No problem! Let's reset the password!

But after a long time waiting...


And, of course, no mail from BEE in my mailbox.

Help me please! What's wrong with my account? What should I do for access my account?
