Blank editor page when using BEE Free

I was trying to create an email using BEE Free. I clicked save and the HTML file downloaded; however, I still wanted to make some more changes. When I click on the "Continue editing your last message?" link, I just get a blank editor page with the "Back to Welcome / Copyright footer" at the bottom of the screen. What am I doing wrong? I'm accessing BEE Free using Chrome Version 51.0.2704.106 on a mac. I noticed this problem on Friday but had not experienced such an issue previously.

Hi Everyone, some of the site resources are hosted in cloudfare.com, an external service.

Unfortunately this service experimented some issues recently that caused the errors you're reporting.

CloudFare downtimes only affect some beefree.io site functionalities. The Editor Plugin or the Pro version works regularly.

Sorry for any inconvenience, our dev team will work to prevent this issue in the future.

Also noticed, that no matter what template type I try to access (Simple, Promo, Newsletter, E-Commerce), that I now automatically go to 1 specific template. I no longer have the choice of different templates to choose from.

Hi Ajay, there have been no changes on our side, and we have no other reports of this problem. When you edit a message on beefree.io, the message is saved to the browser's local storage. If there is a problem retrieving that message, it's typically a client-side issue (i.e. an issue with the local storage in your browser). Restarting the browser could fix the problem.

If the issue persists, please let us know.

This absolutely is a problem and I have lost two emails because of it. I used safari to make the email, went back to edit it and the page sits there and doesnt load anything. I figured it was a browser issue so I tried firefox. Spent the time recreating the email. Same exact issue.

Please fix this.

Still not working (((

The problem is in 3 lines of code.

Pity that we have to look for alternatives

An update about this issue: The dev team changed how these resources are loaded, bypassing any Cloudfare availability problem.

The fix was applied on 2016-08-23 and no new error had been tracked.
