    Hi Ameeta,

The problem with unwanted 1px horizontal lines is a notorious Outlook 2016 for Windows bug, and unfortunately, nobody has found a 100% reliable fix or workaround yet - even if we are certainly trying to.

What we have discovered by now is that the issue seems to be related to a few factors: font-size, line-height and content length are among them.

Try tweaking the text size and/or try changing the text a little. In some cases, altering the line-height has worked, for example.

We are sorry that this is such a headache and we hope to find a reliable fix soon.

    Thanks!

I have this problem too. Fine in Beepro, fine when i send a test message, but if I forward a message lines appear. I can sometimes delete them but other times that deletes a whole chunk of my message which I can't paste back in without messing up the formatting. Can you help? Thanks.

In Microsoft Outlook, you create a new plain text formatted post containing line breaks. Outlook removes the line breaks and displays the message. However, the posts do not display any indication that this has occurred, other than the change in formatting. The information bar message about extra line breaks does not appear, either in the Preview pane or when you read the post. This processing appears to happen when the message is initially posted.
