Hi Denis, check if the buttons have an URL in the link properties:
Buttons not showing in MS Outlook 365/2010/2016
I've added button to my mail message, sent the message but I can't see this button with text in MS Outlook (screenshot: https://i.gyazo.com/5626cad4f997299626bc66141e346565.png => little rounded green bar)
It worked fine few days ago but now generated HTML seems to have problems with MS Outlook

Thanks for the answer, but that's not the case. I have URL action for this button... :(
Outlook.com or Outlook desktop application? version?
In our tests, we have no problems with buttons in Outlook 2010 (windows) or Outlook 2016 (Mac osX).
The only known issue is with Outlook.com and Office 365, both webmail clients, but is related to the href URL.
Please, can you send the message to support at beefree.io for a check?
Sent with subject: "Denis Wróbel flat button"
Hello, I'm also having this problem with MS Outlook. I've sent an email (from Kat) titled "Time sensitive | Buttons have no text in Outlook 2016 desktop"
Thank you for your help. Please note that I'm signed into support here with a different name because I couldn't get my actual Pro login to work here in the helpdesk.
Hi Kat, we replied to your support request. Yes, we don't yet have a single sign-on between this Help site and the BEE Pro application. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Having similar issue. Send test to multiple people and everything looks as it should. But one person in the group has flat buttons. Not as flat as mention above. Button text is cropped on the Right/Left/Bottom. Test subject is using Outlook 2016. As is everyone else I've sent tests to. Stranger yet, last month I sent a test to this person and it was okay. Any clues?
Hi Ken, could you attach a screenshot of the cropped button text? Thanks!
The button should read: XR77103
Hi Ken, just to double check, did you add a URL link to the button from the righ-hand side menu in the BEE editor? If not, that's likely what's causing the cropped text as explained in this help article.
I had already made sure that I had urls in the links. Wish it was that simple.
Hi Ken, when using High Definition displays, Outllok 2016 applies a text resize, causing that kind of issues.
Could this be your case?
