Hi Fabio, thanks for the feedback! I've passed this information along to our product manager.
Features Request: messages into folders | copy and past items between messages
I would love to organize my messages into folders, for an easier management.
In addition, I strongly suggest you add a function to copy and paste items between different messages, just like OptimizePress does.
It would help so much to work better and save time. Thanks.

Hi Fabio, we are thinking of allowing you to tag messages and then search on tags, instead of using folders. This allows you to assign multiple tags to a message, instead of having a one-to-one relationship between message and folder. Will that work?
With regard to the concept of a library of assets to be shared among different messages, it's a great idea and certainly useful. That's a bigger feature, though, and it probably won't be done in the short term. However, remember that you can easily clone an existing message to create a new one.
Thanks again for your feedback!
Hi Massimo, tanks for your kind answer.
I do not know which could work better between folders and tags.
I’m just facing a sort of “confusion” managing my messages, because I have different mailing lists, with different templates. It is a fairly confusing management (I have 4 messages pages at the moment).
Organize with folders seemed to me a simple and logical solution, but if the tag is the equivalent of a folder, then I think that it would be a good solution too.
I also thought that it would be convenient to have, in "My messages", a "full preview” option outside of a single message, avoiding the need to open it to see it in detail. This arises from the fact that I have a limited bandwidth Internet service and often I work with portable wifi routers with limited bandwidth too, so it cost time and bites to open the editor just to examine a message. I hope it can be useful to others. Thanks.
Hi Fabio, thanks for your feedback.
Tagging is the most flexible solution for message grouping/identification, that's why we plan to add it as the first organization feature, but we don't discard the addition of further grouping features in the long term and would be interesting to know which criteria do you use to classify your messages. The more details we have, the better solution we will build :)
Thanks to make me part of your work Guillermo.
The criteria that I personally would use to classify messages on BeeFree would be to divide them according to the mailing list to which they refer. That's because I have several mailing lists, in different markets, which of course differs each one on graphic aspect and structure to the others.
If today was possible to group the messages in folders, my messages section would not contain 4 different pages of messages stacked one after the other, but only 4 different folders, into a single page. Within each folder there would be all the messages about that specific mailing list.
In the end, it is the criterion by which you store the files on your PC. Rather simple and visually intuitive. Thanks, Fabio.
A vote for copy and paste — cloning existing messages does not allow me to use elements from more than one previous message in the same communication.
I'd like to see content rows to be savable. I use a Wordpress Page Builder, Beaver Builder, for example. I can a row and use it again in another email.
Often I need to recreate portions of old emails (2 or 3 different emails, take content from them but not the entire email). I do this routinely. While copying an entire email is useful, its only a small help compared to needing sections of 2 or 3 emails to make up an entirely new email.
Hi Chris, yes, definitely. That's a feature that internally we call "Partials" (i.e. a section of the message) and that we are going to work on during Q2 of this year, if everything goes well :-)
Hey Fabio & Chris, we finally got there :-)
You can now to save and re-use items (rows) in BEE Pro.
