bullets and numerals for lists don’t change size when adjusting font size

no matter what the font size is, the bullets or numerals are always the same size (about 12-14 point). This tends to look bad for very large or very small fonts. Any ideas how to resolve this?

  Hi James, did you make sure you formatted the text before copying it within the editor?
