Unable to archive completed or messages we no longer need to comment on in the Collaborate mode. We have tried having every user attempt to archive - no luck. Our Collaborate area is getting so cluttered and hard to access due to our inability to archive. Tried to put in a support ticket with a list of emails to have archived - nothing was done and the ticket was closed (I cannot even find the ticket now). Why does this have to be such a hard feature to manage?!? The Admin/Owner of the account should have the ability to archive ANY and ALL messages. When will this be reality?
