Exporting Confusion
I have set up Gmail as my connector but I don't know what to do next. I know there are two options (get HTML and images as a zip file, and the other is to get the code and leave the image online), but I don't know which is best.
Ultimately I want to have my project set up as a template, but I don't know how to do this step by step. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Terry! Thanks for reaching out to our community at Beefree with your question, we're happy to help with this!
Regarding your question, it really depends on your preferences! If you want a quick and easy setup, copying the HTML is the best choice. This works well for most people, as the images are already hosted online, and it allows you to focus solely on the email content.
If you want more control over your assets or plan to store images locally on your server, then downloading the HTML and images as a ZIP file is a good choice, though it requires more steps to upload and manage the images.
If you're using Gmail as your sending platform, we also suggest using the Gmail Add-On to supercharge your exporting through Beefree. I hope this information is helpful!
