Sharing Projects/Templates with colleagues

Hi everyone,

I have a BeeFree Business Account and we would like to set up an account for my colleague as well, so that we can share the work on our projects/templates. I'm now wondering, wheter it's possible to share one account with 2 licenses or if we have separate licenses to share or collaborate on content.

  Hi Tina, 

  If you want your colleague to have direct access to the designs in your Professional account, you can invite them to join as an additional user. Your Professional plan includes an additional user besides the owner user in the monthly subscription fee. You can invite your colleague to join your account from the Manage Users page in Beefree (click on the profile icon in the upper right corner of your screen to see this option available in the menu drop-down).   If you don't want to share an account, your colleague can create their own account. From there, you can share designs between your accounts through the import link feature in Beefree: Using Import Links in Beefree.
