Inconsistent formatting

I've been designing an email but have run into an issue where the formatting (font, font size, padding etc.) is inconsistent to my design.

Test email to Gmail, and PDF (one long document) all give me different formatting. I'm not using any custom font, just what's provided, so I'm not sure why even the PDF is showing me something entirely different.

The only thing that's consistent is the built-in Preview Mode.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

  I'm running into this same problem, would you mind sharing how you fixed it? I find that the font comes up really small on phone emails even though I've put the font size as larger
