How can I unlock my BEE Pro account?
This article applies to all BEE Pro plans.
Have you ever received the following error message when trying to log into BEE Pro?
This error relates to a security measure that we use in BEE Pro. It populates after several consecutive failed log-in attempts.
If you receive this error, the following happens:
- Your account is locked.
- An automated email is sent to the user's email address.
The email includes a button that allows you to reset your password and unlock your BEE Pro account. The reset link included in this email is the only way to unlock your account. We cannot manually unlock the account for you.
Otherwise, the lock lasts for one hour. You can always try logging in again after the hour passes.
