Contacting Beefree Support

Do you have a question? We're happy to help. To open a support ticket or get in touch with us, use the Resource Center icon in the Beefree App.
No matter where you are inside the platform, this icon is always available. Look for the question mark icon, which is usually on the lower right side of the screen.
When working in the builder, the resource center is available in the top navigation bar instead.
This icon opens a widget including links to resources such as Beefree Academy, this help center, and product tutorials. You'll also see a contact option based on your Beefree plan.
Users on our Professional, Business, or Enterprise plans are encouraged to open support tickets using the Technical Support option.
In this section, you can Create a New Ticket or check the status of an existing support request by clicking See All Tickets.
Users on our Starter plan can also contact us using the Ask a Question button, which directs to the contact form on our website. We'll get back to you as soon as possible!
