Contacting Beefree Support
This article applies to all plans.
In the Beefree App, you can access the Resource Center from any page. Look for the question mark icon, which is usually on the lower right side of the screen.
When working in the builder, the resource builder icon is available in the top navigation bar instead.
This opens a widget including useful links to resources such as this help center, Beefree Academy, and product updates. Depending on your Beefree plan, you'll also see some contact options.
Starter Plan
Starter Accounts will see a direct link to our community forums. Beefree users can use this space to post questions as well as interact with other people designing content in Beefree. Keep in mind that this is a public forum!
Paid Plans
If you have a Professional, Business, or Enterprise subscription, the Resource Center includes an option for Technical Support. In this section, you can Create a New Ticket or See All Tickets. Both options launch the Beefree help center in a new tab.
