How to add a favicon to pages

Overview

Favicons are images that appear in browser tabs next to the web page title. They are also the icons used in browser bookmarks. Its main purpose is to help visitors locate the page easier when they have multiple tabs open.

Setting a favicon on landing pages designed in Beefree can promote brand recognition for your content.

How to add a favicon

Find the favicon option in the Settings tab of the pages builder.

Click Add favicon to go to the file manager and upload or import the favicon. Supported file types include PNG, JPEG, or GIF.

Remember that:

• The file manager will automatically filter out invalid images.

• It’s not possible to select any existing, resized Favicon as a source image.

• The image has to be square.

• The image should be at least 260x260 px.
