Using the Email details section

Overview

Once you save an email, you will exit the builder and land on the Email details section.

You can also return to this section by clicking View details from the options menu. 

What you can do

The Email details section allows you to:

• Edit the email name and description

• Add and edit tags, which make it easier to find the email later

• Set the email status

• Add a Preheader and UTMs for a fully-tracked campaign

• Send a test email for a quick test to view it in your inbox (or send it to another system)

• Generate a page  from your email

• Create a template starting from the selected email

• View & restore a previous version of a design
• New! Enable Import Link

The Export button offers you a variety of ways to export your email:

• ZIP file with HTML and images

• HTML to copy and paste elsewhere

• Pushing the email to Mailchimp, MailUp, HubSpot, SendGrid, and other sending platforms

• PDF download*

*Not available on the Starter plan

Email preview

The email preview on the Email details section is an actual HTML rendering. It will scroll vertically and show any GIF animations the email may contain.

Email URL

Above the design preview is the URL that represents the web address of your email. Use the icons on the right to:

• Open it in a new browser tab

• Copy it to your clipboard to paste elsewhere (e.g. via instant message, social network, etc.)

• View a QR code that you can read with your phone or tablet to see how the email renders on a mobile device
