Using connectors in Beefree
This article applies to all plans.
Overview
Beefree App is about improving the email design process by making it faster and more enjoyable. As part of that mission, we are committed to reducing the steps necessary to export emails to the sending platform.
That's why we continue to invest in connectors to the most popular sending platforms. Today you can easily export the emails you've designed with Beefree by connecting your account to the following email service providers (ESPs), marketing automation systems, or other email-sending applications:
- Account Engagement (Pardot)
- ActiveCampaign
- Acumbamail
- Amazon SES
- Braze
- Brevo (former Sendinblue)
- Campaign Monitor
- Constant Contact
- Gmail
- HubSpot
- Iterable
- Klaviyo
- Mailchimp
- MailUp
- Marketo
- Outlook App
- Outlook Web
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- SendGrid
- Veeva Vault (Beta)
- ZeptoMail
- Zoho Campaigns
- Zoho Mail
Is your favorite application is missing? Vote for it here or set up a custom connector.
We have a couple of connectors available for our Page builder as well! You can easily export landing pages to HubSpot or Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
Activating and Using Connectors
There are several places in the platform where you can activate a new connector:
- From the Workspace Settings
- From an Export button, which is available:
- Inside the builder
- On the details page
Set up connectors whenever it’s most convenient for you, whether that’s before or after you create the perfect design.
1. From Workspace Settings
Go to Settings > Connectors.
Click the Connect button for the application you want to use.
Then follow the instructions on the screen to log into your account and authorize Beefree to connect to it. Your application credentials are not stored in Beefree, but rather only temporarily used to retrieve an anonymous key that is then leveraged to connect the two accounts.
2. From an Export button
You can also activate a new connector at the time you are ready to export a design.
You can begin an export from several places inside Beefree. First, an Export button is available in the builder navigation bar at the top right.
You can also export immediately after exiting the builder. The same Export button is available on the Email Details page.
Alternatively, you can access the same feature by selecting Export in the actions menu for your email.

This button opens a modal with various export options depending on your plan.
To use a connector, click on one of the Integrations icons. If you don’t immediately see the platform you need, click More to see all the connectors.
In the Integrations screen, you can use the search bar or scroll to see the full list. Select your preferred application and follow the instructions to set up the connector. As a friendly reminder, your application credentials are not stored in Beefree.
If you don’t see the platform you’re looking for, you can use the Custom connector to set up your own. If you’d like to formally request a new connector, select the Request an integration option to notify our Product team.
The next time you use the Export feature with the same connector, you will not be asked to activate the connection again. Instead, you will be able to push the email to your favorite sending platform in just one click. Enjoy!
Storing Connections for Multiple Workspaces or Customers
Are you a consultant or a digital marketing agency that deal with many separate customers, potentially using the same sending platforms? Or do you have different workspaces or business units within your company that use different accounts within the same sending system?
No problem! The Business and Enterprise versions of Beefree allow you to set up different workspaces so you can better organize your emails, control user access, and specify different connectors for each workspace, without switching accounts before exporting!
For example, if you are a digital marketing agency with 10 clients that all use HubSpot, you will be able to create 10 workspaces in Beefree and connect each of them to their specific HubSpot account, using the HubSpot connector.

I want to vote for MailerLite for integration and it´s not included....
Hi Gabriela!
Thanks for reaching out to our community at Beefree; regarding your question, if you don't see your Email Sending Platform in our Connector suggestion form listed at the top, feel free to use the 'Other...' option and manually input the Email Sending Platform there. I hope that this helps!
