Viewing and finding email messages
While working in BEE Pro, you'll likely spend the majority of your time working in the message catalog. Your message catalog will be stored inside of the projects of your BEE Pro account. Projects are a tool to help you manage and organize your email creation workflow.
When you first create a BEE Pro account, a project titled "My messages" will be available by default. If you've imported a message from BEE Free, this is where that message will be stored.
The message list in your project is sorted based on the date of the last update. You can also use the drop-down menu in the upper left-hand corner to sort by creation date or name instead. On the right side of the page, you can use the search feature to locate a message by a keyword. If you are utilizing message tags, you can also click on a tag to view all messages that share the same tag.
For each message, BEE Pro shows:
- A thumbnail
- Message title
- Notes
- Tags
- Link to Collaborate (Team and Agency plans)
- Who last edited the message and when
Using the drop-down menu available for each message, you can:
- Edit the message
- View message details
- Send a test message
- Copy the message
- Create a landing page with the design
- Move the message to another project
- Export the message
- Delete the message

Hi Steven, we rolled out a software upgrade that introduces "Projects". The system automatically created a default "Project" for you and put all the messages there. Sorry that this created some confusion. For details on "Projects", please see: https://support.beefree.io/hc/en-us/articles/360004546271-Managing-projects
