Hi!
Beefree is perfect!
But before embedding plugin in my app I need to know approximate pricing for a full version. We have only 2 or 3 emails a month and using so powerful tool can be too expensive.
Thank you again for your amazing product!
Hi Pavel, you can find some pricing information on [How much is BEE plugin](https://support.beefree.io/hc/en-us/articles/360004495632-How-much-is-BEE-Plugin-)
This is an excellent looking product! I'm very interested in integrating the API in one of our products for nonprofits, but with only 50-100 users total at the moment, the starting tier for the API is a bit high.
Any chance you might add a "starter level" paid API plan but with half the number of users perhaps?
Hi Steve, thanks for your feedback. Did you see that there is also a free plan? See the details on https://support.beefree.io/hc/en-us/articles/360004495632-How-much-is-BEE-Plugin-
Hi,
I can translate into French the plugin ? We would like the application in French for our customers
Hi David, good news! BEE is already available in French. You can set the language when you initialize the plugin in your application, Web site, etc. and the email editor will launch in the selected language. For more details on this, see: https://support.beefree.io/hc/en-us/articles/360004495592-Localizing-the-editor-changing-language
Thanks !
Does Bee work with Responsys? The code doesn't seem to be recognized. Help please!
Hi Jessica, this page refers to the embeddable version of the BEE editor, BEE Plugin. It sounds like you are using the hosted, free version of the editor at https://beefree.io - The short answer is "yes, you should not have any problems." Please open a question on https://support.beefree.io/hc/communities/public/questions to further discuss.
Thanks! i will do so!
Hi, we would like to use Bee Plugin into our app, however we can't upload picture outside our domain. Would there be a possibility for a custom pricing? If so please contact me on my email.
Hi Martin, not sure we understand the question. You can indeed use BEE Plugin with your own file system. Please see: https://support.beefree.io/hc/en-us/sections/360001287592-Using-your-own-file-storage-with-BEE
Hi, we are considering using Bee Plugin in our app, but we would like to customize it a little bit, so the BEE Plugin's design would match our app's design more closely. Are there any options to include a custom CSS?
Hi Marian, this is on our roadmap, but not there yet. Probably later this year.
Hi Massimo,
We just tried a prototype to integrate plugin with our app. Unfortunately we couldnt save the content. Save action doesn't work. We also couldnt see any request sent to server to store the content. Is there anyway you can help us here?
I'm confused on the plugin plans. We have a couple of clients we'd like to potentially use the plugin for and our plan is to try to integrate it into Mautic. We use Amazon SES for sending emails with Mautic and it works very well for these clients. We'd have no problem with the Bee logo appearing on their emails as that's the least we could do to promote what a good app it is. But..we need the ability to import templates into BeeFree. Would the free plan work or would we need the Startup Version? Obviously 2 medium sized clients aren't going to support a $100/month plan for just email design...so I'm wondering if there might be other plans available (if the free plan won't work for our needs). Certainly willing to pay for usage if we could work out a plan.

Hi Chris, if you embed the Plugin into an application:
* Free plan: you can't remove the toolbar with the logo
* StartUp plan and above: you can show/hide elements in the toolbar, including the logo (so you can have the BEE logo not display). You can also hide the toolbar completely and control the editor from your own UI (e.g. "Save" or "Preview" buttons).
The plugin does not have templates: it's just the editor. There is no template catalog, which is entirely up to the hosting application. To better understand what we mean, please see: https://support.beefree.io/hc/en-us/articles/360004496292-Using-templates-and-messages-a-sample-workflow
Existing HTML messages unfortunately cannot be turned into BEE-compatible messages. They will have to be recreated using the editor. The reason is that -- at least up to this point -- we have not figured out a good way to convert an existing HTML message into the format that the editor uses (a specially structured JSON file).
We hope this helps!
Hi Massimo,
Any updates on the comment I sent on 18th Aug 2016? We are looking to complete this proto and signup for paid services. Kindly let us know at the earliest.
Regards, Senti
Hi Senti, we are not aware of any issues with those functions. We cannot unfortunately provide support in terms of troubleshooting your source code. Did you try using some of the sample code? That might help you spot the problem. You can find it here: https://support.beefree.io/hc/en-us/articles/360004495692-Sample-code-and-templates
Hi, I'm looking at the pricing and trying to project our costs. I have a questions about the following sentence "Only active users of the editor are counted."
Can you please comment on "active users" and how they are detected/tracked/passed/counted (etc...) ?
And is there a difference between someone actively creating templates - dragging, dropping, moving, picking colors - vs someone briefly editing template content, say changing text "Hello {{user}}" into "Hi {{user}}".
Thank you!
Hi, the number of users is counted by the UID parameter, which you configure during the integration. A BEE user can be an actual user of your application or shared at the account level. We explain this in more detail on https://support.beefree.io/hc/en-us/articles/360004546351-How-does-the-UID-parameter-work-
Hope this helps!
Hi, I just set up a Free Tier app for testing prior to deciding if we'll go with a paid option, however it failed to generate a Client Secret for the app so I can't use the plugin to test viability. I can't create a support ticket because it's still in free tier.
Hi Tom, please email us at support[at]beefree[dot]io and we'll help out with your BEE Plugin account issues. Thanks!
For others that run into the problem that Tom had (see message above): in rare cases the Client Secret is not generated: simply delete the application in the Developer Portal and create a new one: that should take care of it.
What about a wordpress plugin?
Hi Gui, could you provide more information on how you would see a WordPress plugin work? Could you describe your use case? The more details, the better. Thank you!
Hello,
Really sorry to post here, but I have an issue with the support on https://developers.beefree.io/
I got this error "Only users with a paid plan can create support tickets" but with have a paid plan (startup).
The email used for the account is the same than this one.
Kind Regards,
Hi EECM, apologies for the frustrating experience in your developer portal. There's a known bug that doesn't allow some Startup customers to create a support ticket. We're looking into fixing this in the near future, but right as of right now, you can reply to this comment via email or send us your customer support request to support[at] beefree [dot]io
Thanks!
Hi,
I have just create my application with a free plan, but I can't authenticate because my client secret is missing on the dashboard. How can we solve this problem ?
Thanks !
I don't think I really understand this plugin. Does this mean I can use BEE Free or BEE Pro for instance in Pardot?
