How do I trial or purchase a Beefree plan?

There are four different Beefree Plans to choose from, ranging from Starter (which is completely free) to Enterprise (which is tailored for large organizations). With many pricing points and premium features, it can be difficult to choose the right plan for your needs. That's why we've made it easy to trial different versions of the platform.

Only account owners can sign up for a trial or upgrade their subscription. For more information, please see User roles & permissions.

Professional & Business Trials

If you're on the Starter plan, you can trial Professional or Business at any time. If you're already on the Professional plan, you can still trial Business at any time. We do not require a credit card in order to trial our premium plans. 

If you're using a Starter account, you might see a Try Professional for free button in the navigation bar for Beefree App. You can use this button to sign up for a Professional trial instantly. If you don't see this option, or if you want to trial Business, follow the instructions below:

1. Log in at https://beefree.io/app/login.
2. In the top-right corner, open the account menu by clicking on the down arrow next to your name.
3. Click on Subscription.

1. Click Start a free trial under your preferred plan.
2. You'll be redirected back to the Subscription plan. A confirmation message will appear in the lower right-hand corner.

Additional Considerations

• If you have already done a trial in the past, you may not see these options after clicking Try another plan.
• Since we are constantly working on improving Beefree app, we occasionally reset trial eligibility. If it's been a long time since you trialed one of these plans, you may see the option return again in the future.
• Starter users will be given the option to upgrade (or go back to Starter) when the trial expires. You can also upgrade before your trial ends if you prefer. 
• Professional accounts trialing Business will automatically revert to their Professional plan upon trial expiration.
• Enterprise trials are also available! Please contact our Sales team for more information.

Upgrading your Plan

Do you already know what you need from Beefree? Follow the instructions below to subscribe to the Professional or Business plan:

1. Log in at https://beefree.io/app/login.
2. In the top-right corner, open the account menu by clicking on the down arrow next to your name.
3. Click on Subscription.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Try another plan.
   
5. Click Subscribe now under your preferred plan. A pricing preview modal will open where you can review the price of the upgrade before submitting payment. 
   
6. To complete the upgrade, use the Confirm button.
7. You'll be redirected back to the Subscription plan. A confirmation message will appear in the lower right-hand corner.

Additional Considerations

• If you have not provided payment details, you will be prompted to do so during the steps described above.
• An invoice is generated only when a payment is successfully processed. The document will be sent automatically to the billing email address on file. You can also find this document in the Statements tab. 
• A second payment confirmation email will be sent to the billing email address on file.
• Both Professional and Business subscriptions renew automatically. To prevent automatic renewal, you must downgrade or cancel your subscription on a date before renewal.
