After careful evaluation, we decided to close the community forums in our help center. You may have actually landed on this page because you were looking for one of the old posts; sorry about that!
Why are we making this change?
Our original vision for the community forums was to create a space that would foster user-to-user engagement and collaboration. Despite our best efforts, they never received the type of engagement that we envisioned. As a result, we decided to close the forums in order to explore other resources that will better support your experience in Beefree.
Our email support and extensive Help Center articles remain the best ways for us to address your questions and issues directly. In addition, we’re excited to invest in other avenues for learning and community engagement, like webinars, Beefree Academy, and Really Good Emails events (such as Unspam). These platforms offer more engaging and interactive ways to connect, learn, and grow with Beefree.
What happens next?
Our inbox is open. We encourage anyone to contact our support team directly with any questions you may have. If you have questions about anything that you see in the help center, signed-in users still have the option to comment on our articles. We'll get back to you as soon as possible—sometimes there is a small delay while our team reviews these comments to remove spam.
