Branded default rows overview

The updated default rows make it easier for you to start designing, navigate through options, and select the right rows for your layouts. The new content blocks and examples provide clear guidance, helping you work more smoothly and efficiently from the start.

Also, building your designs will be faster. The predefined rows already incorporate brand styles, so you can create high-quality, consistent outputs quickly and with less effort. This means you can focus more on your creativity and less on the setup.

Prerequisites

Ensure you have the following prior to getting started with branded default rows:

• A Beefree account
• Any Beefree plan type

Note: Options may vary by plan type.

How to use

Take the following steps to access and use the branded default rows:

1. Log in to Beefree.
2. Enter your email or page design.
3. Navigate to the sidebar.
4. Click on the ROWS tab.
5. Ensure the row category is set to Default Rows.
6. Add any row of your choosing to your design.
7. Once the row is in the builder, you can edit the content according to your design preferences.

Note: The branding for your branded default rows comes from the styles you imported or set manually in your workspace. Reference the Get Brand Styles article to learn more about how to set up brand styles in your workspace. Default row styling

Consider the following when using Get Brand Styles or Custom Workspace Styles with Branded Default Rows:

• Your default rows will adopt the styles you set in Styles.
• If you’re on the Starter plan, you’ll only see the color palette applied to default rows. However, during onboarding, you can import styles from your domain to get branded default rows (editing options won't be available later).
• Anytime you update or change your workspace styles, the default rows will automatically update to match.
• When you set your workspace styles, default rows will get those styles as soon as you open the builder.
• The first time you access the builder, it may take a few seconds for the default rows to load with the new styles. After that, they will be immediately available from the second login onwards.

Additional considerations

Consider the following when using branded default rows:

• Access up to 50 rows in the sidebar. Note: You can still save over 50 rows in the Default Rows category and find them through a search.
• If an error occurs when applying brand styles, you'll still see the non-branded default rows.
