Using the Builder’s Navbar

When you create a new email or page within Beefree, you are redirected to the builder for that email or page. Within the builder, you’ll notice a navigation bar at the very top of the webpage. This article will discuss the different shortcuts, icons, and actions available in this navigation bar. Also, moving forward, we’ll refer to this navigation bar as navbar.

Accessing the Navbar

To access the navbar, enter one of your designs. Navbar is available for both email and page designs.

Once you enter your design, the navbar is located at the very top of the builder.

The following image shows an example of how the Navbar looks within the builder.

Switch to Sidebar

Take the following steps to switch your top bar navigation to the sidebar navigation.

1. Log in to Beefree
2. Navigate to your personal menu on the upper right-hand side of the screen
3. Click the drop-down arrow
4. Navigate to Appearance
5. Select Sidebar

The top bar will disappear and you will be able to navigate Beefree features using the sidebar.

To switch from Sidebar to Top bar, follow the same steps outlined above. The only difference is that you will select Top bar in the Appearance section.

Exit the Builder

To exit the builder, click the arrow on the upper left-hand side of the screen. You’ll be redirected to the email or page details section.

Preview the Design

To preview a design, select the Preview files icon located on the navbar.

Send a Test

To send a test of your email, select the Send icon located on the navbar. Keep in mind that this option is only available for the email builder and not the page builder.

Edit Details

You can edit details for both email and page designs. Note that the editable details for emails and pages are different.

Email Builder

To edit details for an email, select the pencil icon located on the navbar. The editable details for emails are the following:

• Subject line
• Preheader
• UTMs

Page Builder

To edit details for a page, select the pencil icon located on the navbar. The editable details for pages are the following:

• Title
• Meta description
• Analytics are available on premium plans only

View All Comments

To view all comments for a design, select the message icon located on the navbar.

Access Multilingual Designs

Click on the globe icon located on the navbar to access Multilingual Designs.

Access the Resource Center

To access the Resource Center, select the question mark icon located on the navbar.

Export the Design

To export a design, select the Export button located on the right-hand side of the navbar.
