Exporting to Zoho Campaigns

Level up your emails in Zoho Campaigns
You can easily design your emails in the Beefree builder and then push them to Zoho Campaigns for sending. Our connector allows you to export an email to Zoho Campaigns with only one click.
Here are 2 ways that you can connect your Zoho Campaigns account in Beefree:
- From the Workspace Settings section: connect your Zoho Campaigns account before you start designing.
- From the Export options of your email.
Setting up a connector does not sync your designs with external services. If you update a design after exporting it, you must re-export to see the updates. The export file will populate as a new design inside your ESP.
1. Connect from Workspace Settings
Go to Settings > Connectors.
Click the Connect button for Zoho Campaigns.
After clicking Connect, a popup window will open. Sign into your Zoho Campaigns account to complete the connector setup. Please note that your Zoho Campaigns credentials are not stored in Beefree. They are just used to connect your accounts.
2. Connect from Export
When your email is ready, click on the Export button on the Email Details page. This option is also available from the actions menu for your email.
Then click on Push to your sending system.
A new modal will display the list of available connectors. Select Zoho Campaigns and follow the steps to connect your accounts. If you have already connected, you will not be asked to do so again.
Zoho Campaigns requires some additional information for you to complete the export. You will need to fill out the following fields:
- Campaign Name: Write the name of your campaign here. It helps you find it easily in Zoho Campaigns.
Sender Email Address (From): Enter a verified email address. If Zoho Campaigns hasn't verified the email, it won’t be able to send emails, and you'll see an error message.
List: This is your list of contacts for emails. It helps you organize and see your contacts better.
Topic: This lets you group your contacts in Zoho Campaigns. You can sort them for different kinds of emails like news, sales, or updates. "Marketing" is the usual first choice. This is set up for you in new accounts or when you start using Topics.
Once you click Export, you will be redirected to your Zoho Campaigns dashboard. To see the email you sent from Beefree, first click Campaigns and then Email Campaigns. The first campaign you see is the one you just exported.
Multiple Workspaces / Customers
Do you work with multiple brands or clients and need to easily manage all your emails and templates?
No problem! The Enterprise Version of Beefree allows you to set up different workspaces so you can better organize your email creation workflow. Enterprise allows you to specify different connectors for each workspace, so you never need to switch accounts.
For example, say you are a digital marketing agency with 10 clients that all use Zoho Campaigns. With Enterprise, you can create 10 workspaces in Beefree and connect each of them to their specific Zoho Campaigns account.
