Exporting to ZeptoMail

Level up your emails in ZeptoMail
You can easily design your emails in the Beefree builder and then push them to ZeptoMail for sending. Our connector allows you to export an email to ZeptoMail with only one click.
Here are 2 ways that you can connect your ZeptoMail account in Beefree:
- From the Workspace Settings section: connect your ZeptoMail account before you start designing.
- From the Export options of your email.
Setting up a connector does not sync your designs with external services. If you update a design after exporting it, you must re-export to see the updates.
1. Connect from Workspace Settings
Go to Settings > Connectors.
Click the Connect button for ZeptoMail.
A pop-up will open. Fill out the information to sign into your ZeptoMail account and set up the connector.
Please note that your ZeptoMail credentials are not stored in Beefree. They are just used to connect your accounts.
Note that ZeptoMail's pop-up gives you the option to Sign Up Now. This option won't work when you're setting up the Beefree connector.
2. Connect from Export
When your email is ready, click on the Export button on the Email Details page. This option is also available from the actions menu for your email.
Then click on Push to your sending system.
A new modal will display the list of available connectors. Select ZeptoMail and follow the steps to log in and connect it. If you have already connected, you will not be asked to do so again.
If you have multiple Mail Agents, a modal will ask you to select the preferred one. If you only have one Mail Agent, there is no further action required; export is instant.
Beefree will confirm that the design has been successfully exported. You will see it appear in your ZeptoMail account.
Exporting Existing Designs
Beefree will recognize if you are exporting an Email that you've already pushed to ZeptoMail. You can update the existing version in ZeptoMail using the Update existing option. This export option will overwrite the existing version. If you want to export a new version of your email instead, use Create as new.
Multiple Workspaces / Customers
Do you work with multiple brands or clients and need to easily manage all your emails and templates?
No problem! The Enterprise Version of Beefree allows you to set up different workspaces so you can better organize your email creation workflow. Enterprise allows you to specify different connectors for each workspace, so you never need to switch accounts.
For example, say you are a digital marketing enterprise with 10 clients that all use ZeptoMail. With Enterprise, you will be able to create 10 workspaces in Beefree and connect each of them to their specific ZeptoMail account.
