Exporting to Contactlab

Level up your email in Contactlab

You can easily design your emails in the Beefree builder and then push them to Contactlab for sending. With Beefree, you can use this connector that will let you export an email to Contactlab with only one click.

Here are 2 ways that you can connect your Contactlab account in Beefree:

1. From the Workspace Settings section: connect your Contactlab account before you start designing.
2. From the Export options of your email.

1. Connect from Workspace Settings

Go to Settings > Connectors.

 Click the Connect button for Contactlab.

And follow the steps to log in. Your credentials are not stored in Beefree. They are just used to connect your accounts.

2. Connect from Export

When your email is ready, click on the Export button on the Email Details page.

Then click on Push to your sending system.

A new window will be displayed with the connector list. Select Contactlab and follow the steps to log in and connect it.

Beefree will recognize if you're exporting an email already pushed to Contactlab. You can update the existing version in Contactlab using the Update existing option. This export option will overwrite the existing version. If you want to export a new version of your email instead, use Create as new.

Your email will be exported to your Contactlab account as a new template. It will be available in the contactsend environment.

To send your email using Contactlab, start by creating an email campaign. If you're not ready to send an email right away, you can edit it in Contactlab's design editor. Start by selecting create, then email design. Your Beefree design will be in the My Templates tab.

Multiple Workspaces / Customers

Do you have different workspaces and need to easily manage all your emails and templates?

No problem! The Enterprise Version of Beefree allows you to set up different workspaces so you can better organize your email creation workflow. Enterprise allows you to specify different connectors for each workspace so you never need to switch accounts.

For example, say you are a digital marketing enterprise with 10 clients that use Contactlab. With Enterprise, you will be able to create 10 workspaces in Beefree and connect each of them to their specific Contactlab account.
